Apple has taken down the online Apple Store, as it makes changes to pages well in advance of the iPhone 18 Pro launch later on Wednesday.
The Apple Store is down ahead of the 2026 September event.
A traditional part of the Apple Event experience is not being able to access the online Apple Store beforehand. That hasn’t changed for 2026, as Apple has made it inaccessible once again.
Attempting to open the Store section of the Apple website shows a fullscreen graphic. The Apple logo for the “Surprise and Shine” event is in the middle, along with the usual text advising it will “Be right back.”
