Yet more details of Apple’s AirPods Pro with cameras have been found in the latest macOS Tahoe release, including image resolution and certain privacy features.

On August 17, 2026, Apple issued a release candidate version of macOS Tahoe 26.7 which accidentally retained code references to future products, and even a video about AirPods Pro with cameras. Now a great deal more has been revealed about how the device is at least currently planned to work.

Included in a reportedly hidden macOS framework called AccessorySensorManager, the code shows that these AirPods will:
