New code references in iOS 27 beta reveal that Focus Mode is going to look a little different on the iPhone Duo lock screen.

It’s not the Focus Mode update many have been asking for, the one where Apple removes the limit of just ten options. But it’s a rearrangement and redesign of how Focus Modes appear on the lock screen and it’s a more minimalist look that will hopefully spread to other iPhones.

As discovered by regular iOS beta code sleuth “pdfu,” on the iPhone Duo, the lock screen’s Focus Mode button lets you turn the feature on and off. At present, that button takes you into the Focus Mode settings instead.
