Fairly obviously, the iPhone Air 2 is expected to adopt much of the iPhone Duo engineering, making it thinner. What’s less obvious, is that the battery is expected to be at least as good.
iPhone Air 2 could be even thinner than the original
That’s according to a post on the Korean Naver blog by the familiar “yeux1122” account that has been responsible for multiple leaks in recent years.
If accurate, this news means that the iPhone Air 2 will measure around 5.2mm thick, compared to the iPhone Air’s 5.6mm measurement. Notably, the iPhone Duo comes in at the same 5.2mm when open.
